- With tags if any, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right 💖.

The fastest way is to return your item and, once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off
For orders shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
